In San Rafael, California this afternoon performing a furnace maintenance for the Brown residence.
In San Rafael performing a service warranty repair for the Boccia residence.
Today we were in San Rafael area performing a return duct and pan enlargement. We tore out the 12” kd ducting and enlarged ducts to 16”. Due to system being in the garage we insured that the duct work was converted to kd for the non conditioned area
Completed annual furnace maintenance for club client, offered duct work option to enlarge currently undersized return and will be returning to complete that work.

In San Rafael, CA replacing an Air Scrubber bulb for the Lieberman residence. The Air Scrubber removes air pollution, surface contaminants, pet dander, odors and dust. It provides a cleaner, healthier and more efficient home.
Performed tune up on 12 year old Amana furnace. Unit is in great shape, no repairs are needed. Cleaned out all components and adjusted gas pressure for increased efficiency. Recommended maintenance program to prevent any future breakdowns by having it annually inspected.
